IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic IT Infrastructure Project Manager to drive our internal enterprise technology initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing our IT operations and ensuring seamless delivery of cross-functional systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Agile SDLC practices and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities along with a successful track record in leading intricate hardware-oriented projects across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery for IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, and systems integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications, to enhance productivity and delivery.

Manage the complete project lifecycle, including charter creation, roadmap planning, status reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

Effectively prioritize and sequence multiple projects based on business significance, resource availability, and interdependencies.

Facilitate governance and decision-making processes while ensuring cross-team alignment through strong collaboration and ownership.

Translate business requirements into practical project plans and coordinate effectively with both vendors and internal stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level documentation, reports, and project briefs.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience managing IT or enterprise projects, with recent focus on hardware, infrastructure, or network initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Ability to manage 8-10+ concurrent projects in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to influence, negotiate, and engage proactively with stakeholders.

Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing technology rollouts is an advantage.

Familiarity with enterprise project management tools such as Clarity PPM for reporting and tracking while maintaining a strategic vision beyond simple tool usage.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, or OEM vendor management.

Background in managing hardware-related projects in data centers, enterprise IT refresh cycles, or networking infrastructure.

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management tools is beneficial.
