Internship Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Safety Intern to join our team for a hands-on learning experience. This internship offers exposure to real-world safety consulting, including job site audits, safety training, compliance documentation, and client support. You'll work directly with experienced safety professionals and gain practical knowledge in OSHA regulations, risk assessments, and best practices in the field.

Responsibilities

Assist with on-site safety inspections and audits

Support the development of safety documentation (JHAs, site-specific safety plans, etc.)

Help conduct training sessions and toolbox talks

Collect and analyze safety data and incident reports

Participate in client meetings and contribute to ongoing safety initiatives

Perform administrative support related to safety compliance and reporting

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in safety, compliance, and fieldwork

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites (if applicable)

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus
