Business Development Manager

P&R MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY INC. focus on the research and application of measurement and control technology, empowering the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry by providing the necessary measurement and control instruments and equipment, automation devices, data value-added services, and tools for research, design, and production.

The company is located in San Jose, covering an area of over 500 square meters. Its main functions include industrial design, marketing, and serving as a service outlet in the United States. Currently, it has about 15 employees based in different locations at home and abroad, and the staff size will continue to expand in 2025.

Responsibilities

1. Market Relationship & Business Development:

- Maintain and strengthen existing market relationships through effective communication, business receptions, and negotiations.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

2. External Collaboration & Public Relations:

- Support the department director in managing external public relations (PR) and expanding the company’s business network.

- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Client Management:

- Lead the development of new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with key partners and senior executives to solidify strategic alliances.

4. Strategic Execution:

- Utilize strong market analysis, marketing, and promotional skills to drive business outcomes.

- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration to address challenges.

Qualifications

1. Education & Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Electronics, Automation, Engineering, or related fields.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant industries (e.g., electronics, automation, technology).

3. Technical Skills:

- Language: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for international communication.

- Presentation: Advanced PowerPoint design skills and exceptional public speaking capabilities.
