Signature Kitchen and Bath seeks a reliable, full-time Sales Assistant/Showroom Attendant for our Rock Hill location!
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Being the first point of contact for our clients
• Answering & direction incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and assisting accordingly
• Managing appointment calendar and incoming leads for our designers
• Assisting Designers as needed with change orders and quoting
• Multitasking and prioritizing
• General showroom maintenance
• Entering and maintaining statistics
• Keeping samples and product literature updated
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
The ideal candidate will:
• Be punctual and reliable
• Present themselves in a professional manner
• Possess exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of technology (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
• Have a positive outlook and be able to collaborate in a team atmosphere
