Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance VIP Account Manager to own relationships with our top-tier players and directly drive deposits, wallet growth, and lifetime value. This is a revenue-generating role where you will use a blend of sales, relationship management, and behavioral insight to maximize player engagement and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive repeat deposits and higher transaction values from VIP players through personalized engagement and offers.

Build deep, trust-based relationships with high-value users to understand motivations, preferences, and pain points.

Act as a revenue owner: maintain and grow monthly ARPU and LTV across your VIP portfolio.

Upsell new game formats, entry packages, and time-bound promotions to encourage repeat play.

Work closely with CRM, marketing, and product teams to execute exclusive campaigns and bonuses that increase wallet usage.

Monitor daily user activity to identify dormant or at-risk users and re-engage them proactively.

Use data insights to segment users, forecast revenue potential, and spot upsell opportunities.

Provide red-carpet service: quick resolution of escalations, special attention on big deposit days, and VIP rewards curation.

Who You Are

3–6 years of experience in high-touch account management, inside sales, or player engagement in a digital B2C company

Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue targets in a performance-focused environment

Strong emotional intelligence – can read between the lines and tailor conversations to convert

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Hindi and English is a must

Comfortable with tools like Excel, CRM dashboards (CleverTap, Amplitude), and data reports

Competitive mindset with a deep understanding of player psychology and gaming motivation

Prior experience in real-money gaming, fantasy, or fintech is a strong advantage
