Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead – Account Management to head our VIP Account Manager squad. You’ll be responsible for not just driving deposits and retention from high-value players, but also coaching a high-performance team to consistently exceed growth and monetization targets.

This is a leadership role at the intersection of sales, player engagement, and revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of VIP Account Managers to deliver monthly deposit, retention, and engagement targets.

Own overall revenue contribution from the VIP vertical.

Coach and train the team on sales techniques, player psychology, and upselling strategies.

Build playbooks for engagement, reactivation, and win-back campaigns across player cohorts.

Set and monitor KPIs like ARPU, LTV, conversion to high-stakes games, and churn reduction.

Personally manage a small portfolio of top-tier VIPs to stay close to the ground and model best practices.

Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to co-create loyalty programs and offers.

Analyze player behavior data to refine strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.

Hire, mentor, and scale the account management function as the player base grows.

Key Metrics You’ll Own

Total VIP revenue & wallet growth

Account Manager team performance

VIP churn & reactivation rate

Player satisfaction (NPS / qualitative feedback)

Who You Are

5–8 years in sales, growth, or account management, including 1–2 years of team leadership

Proven track record of driving revenue from high-touch customer relationships

Deep understanding of player motivation, especially in RMG or mobile gaming

Strong communicator with excellent people management and mentoring skills

Comfortable using data tools (Excel, dashboards, CRM platforms like CleverTap or Amplitude)

Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus

Action-oriented, strategic thinker with strong ownership mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in real-money gaming, fantasy, or consumer fintech

Built or scaled an inside sales / account management function from scratch

Love for casual games like Ludo, Teen Patti, or Rummy
