Description:
Challenges:
Interface with the Integration team for new / updates within the scheduled tasks (batch period and intraday
period).
Raise incidents / apply UBP Incident Management process and is the main contributor of the Morning Operation
Meeting (MoM).
Main responsibilities:
Use main monitoring console and subsequent tools.
Coordinate all batches activities to ensure the best quality and ensure timings (Production, UAT, Tests, DEV, …).
Adapt documented instructions based on events and business impacts, and ensure an updated documentation.
Ensure documentation is applied and actions made are in sync with the business constraints.
Raise and qualify incidents based on events identified and business impacts.
Actively contribute to incident resolution.
Proactively Interact with the Incident Manager.
Participate and support test efforts.
Communicate transparently issues and improvements required for this position.
Actively Contribute to knowledge transfer required on applications.
Interact and follow instructions defined by the Operating Pilot.
Interact with HelpDesk (L1) and L2 / L3 teams.
