What You’ll Be Dishing Out:

Supervise daily operations and keep things running smoother than caramel

Lead a team of candy-loving crew members with energy and kindness

Deliver top-notch customer service in a fun, feel-good environment

Open/close the store, manage the cash register, and handle POS transactions

Keep shelves fully stocked and sweet displays looking picture-perfect

Maintain cleanliness and store standards

Train new hires and sprinkle encouragement along the way

The Sweet Stuff We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail or food service (bonus points for leadership roles)

Clear communication, great organization, and a sugar-sweet attitude

Cool under pressure, even when the candy line gets long

Love for retro treats, fizzy drinks, and making people smile

Available evenings, weekends, and holidays (because candy never sleeps)

Must be 18+ to join this candy crew
