As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our small format print department.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator to support production in our fast-paced small format department. This role involves operating digital printers, managing finishing and bindery tasks, and assembling completed print materials to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced in both digital printing and software tools used for file setup and job processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate digital production copiers

Prepare and process files for printing using Fiery RIP software

Perform scanning, copying, and printing from digital files

Use bindery and finishing equipment (coil, comb, saddle-stitch, cutters etc.)

Assemble printed materials such as binders, manuals, presentations, and booklets

Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet job specifications

Stage and organize completed orders for delivery or pickup

Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a digital print production environment

Proficiency with Fiery RIP software for file processing and job management

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for basic file handling and documentation

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
