Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team! You will service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. This is NOT a stationary position.

Experience, adept at troubleshooting, repairing, installing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment and related components; Master/Journeyman license a plus. Ability to work on computer room, water source heat pump, split system, chiller, fan coil, rooftop, air handling, condensers, dry coolers, VAV, and unit mounted controls.

Must have: US Citizenship, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, CFC universal certification, no criminal record, ability to speak and write English fluently.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Service, repair and haul Equipment from 1 - 100 Tons

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload
