CNC Lathe Operator DIRECT HIRE / PERMANENT

Location: Clinton Township, MI 48035

Compensation: $21–$33 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for operating advanced CNC lathe machinery and contributing to the precision manufacturing of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathe machines, including HAAS DS-30Y and Mazak Quick Turn 250

Monitor and maintain machine performance and quality output

Interpret technical drawings and specifications

Set up tooling and make machine adjustments as necessary

Utilize Mastercam 2025 if familiar with CAD software

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC lathes

Knowledge of live tooling and bar feeders

Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

Experience with Mastercam 2025 is a plus
