Job Title: Paint Program Coordinator

Business Unit: Residential and Dining Enterprises

Duration: 04 Months (Estimated Start: 15-Jun-2025, Estimated End: 31-Oct-2025)

Location: Stanford, CA - 94305 (Onsite)

Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm

PR Range: $40/hr - $45/hr on W2

Job Description:

Monitor, plan, and schedule work orders through Tririga.

Coordinate and distribute work assignments of vendors/ contractors.

Data entry and updating of Google Docs.

Building inspections (pre- and post-inspections) for paint and tile work.

Make reports using MS Office if needed.

Minimum Education Level: High School Graduate/GED
