Job Description
MUST have previous CRM and call center experience. Strong candidates possess some sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth.

Use a set series of scripted call guidelines on every call
Sales Requirements:
Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work
Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts
Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting
Work to build partnerships with Distributors to increase sales pipelines
Utilize your sales skills and the provided solutions toolbox to recover accounts or to increase profitability from existing active accounts
Upsell customers on repair services, as well as the purchase of new or refurbished equipment
Provide customers with Sales Quotations when necessary and follow up on those quotations to ensure they progress into orders

Technical Requirements:
Create, Send, and follow up on RMA’s (Return Materials Authorization) to customers based on company standards, as well as customer specific requirements
Use a custom Sales CRM database to ensure that accounts are in good standing and being contacted on the required rotation for the allotted account type
Be proficient on the computer and able to type at least 30 WPM
Full-time
