Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Manager to join our team. You will help plan and facilitate all aspects of the project.
Oversee and coordinate training
Attract and educate new talent
Investigate and resolve client needs
Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce company rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in Janitorial Facility Management or other related fields
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany Description
An ideal candidate can effectively train and direct 75 employees in a janitorial environment. The candidate must also be able to order and control inventory.
