Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team and handle both shop and on-site work. This role involves everything from fabricating custom cabinets and millwork to installing them in the field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in cabinetry, and confident installing high-end finishes in both commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork in-shop when needed

Install cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, and related components on-site with precision

Accurately read and follow installation drawings and project plans provided by Arise

Install trim elements such as crown molding and 1/4" toe kicks

Scribe fillers to irregular surfaces for a clean, professional finish

Transport and handle cabinetry carefully to avoid damage during loading/unloading

Maintain a clean, organized setup using the company-provided work van

Collaborate with teammates to improve workflow and tool organization

Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

Proven experience in cabinet installation (minimum 2 years preferred)

Comfortable using power tools and shop equipment (must supply personal hand tools)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong trim carpentry skills, including scribing and molding installation

Confident with tape measurement down to 1/16" accuracy

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy cabinetry

Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

Team player with excellent communication skills
