Pay: 100% Commission

Position Summary: We seek highly motivated Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Agent, you will sell a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and wealth management solutions. You will work directly with clients to assist them with estate planning, ensuring they secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

Work and generate leads through various channels, including direct mail and internet-based lead systems.

Provide personalized insurance solutions for clients based on their life, health, and wealth needs.

Help clients plan and manage their estates to secure their family's financial future.

Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

No prior insurance experience required—unlimited training and resources are available.
