Job Description
SUMMARY: The Treasury Management Specialist assists the Treasury Management Officer and is
responsible for providing treasury management solutions, as well as assisting in bank operations and
support to commercial clients. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and customer
service excellence to support and grow client relationships.
LEVEL: Exempt
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branch Customer Service and Account Management:
• Open and manage customer accounts, including checking, savings, and other deposit products.
• Provide customers with information on bank products and services to meet their financial
needs.
• Assist customers with the setup and navigation of online and mobile banking platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to existing and potential
customers.
• Attend commercial sales calls with commercial team to understand business client needs and
offer appropriate banking solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to enhance business growth and
customer retention.
Treasury Management:
• Learn and understand treasury management products and service.
• Assist in the promotion and implementation of treasury management solutions for business
clients.
• Support the Treasury Management team with client onboarding, service delivery and annual
client reviews
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years banking experience required.Company Description
