Duration: ~7 months

Location: Remote – US-based: Central hours

Pay Rate: $50-56/Hour based on experience

Brief Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Recruiter to join our clients Technology division. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle technical recruiting—from requisition intake and sourcing through offer negotiation. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier technical talent to support critical Technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.

Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.

Engage and attract talent through creative sourcing strategies across diverse channels.

Manage candidate experience end-to-end, maintaining a high-touch, professional process.

Conduct salary and compensation negotiations, including experience with equity and immigration (H1B) matters.

Support hiring for senior and executive-level technology roles, including AI/ML and C-level recruitment.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in enterprise environments.

Deep experience recruiting in tech, including infrastructure, software development, AI/ML, and systems architecture.

Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Familiarity with immigration processes and compensation structures involving equity/stock options.

Experience supporting executive stakeholders and C-level hiring initiatives.
