Job Description

We are currently seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for picking up trash on property, cleaning common areas, and other required tasks. We also offer WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities:

Complete tasks in a timely fashion

Ability to work outside

Perform routine tasks assigned by maintenance supervisor

Maintain reliability and professionalism

Qualifications:

Previous experience in porter or other related janitorial fields

Familiarity with pressure washing and light painting

Ability to handle physical workload, working outside and on your feet

Detail-oriented
