Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative seeks to increase the sales of Kinetico products through re-engaging opportunities, upselling, and driving revenue growth.

Compensation: Base Rate + Sales Commission

Travel: 20% Travel

Location: Canal Winchester, OH, Newbury, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Clare, MI

Key Responsibilities:

Re-engages closed or lost opportunities through phone-based outreach to understand customer objections, address concerns, and position relevant solutions.

Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products or services to existing customers, enhancing customer value and expanding revenue streams.

Reconnect with leads and customers that previously did not convert or were lost, with the goal of reviving the opportunity and closing deals.

Optimizes current customer accounts to ensure profitability. Identifies or develops additional revenue opportunities for category/product penetration.

Achieves and exceeds sales targets, demonstrating a result driven approach.

Collaborates with sales team to ensure seamless handling of opportunities to maintain a strong, unified sales process.

Identifies areas to improve sales tactics, product offerings, and service quality.

Utilizes CRM to track sales interactions, update records, and document sales activities.

What you will need to succeed:

Education & Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma / GED with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Spanish or other languages preferred.

Technical sales experience a plus.

Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving market conditions.

Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong computer skills.

Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool.

Competencies:

Sales effectiveness as measured by revenue goals, customer growth expectations, or successful customer contacts.

Exceeding individual sales goals tied to rehash, upselling, and cross selling activities.

Contributes to customer retention and satisfaction by re-engaging opportunities.

Ability to help the customer determine required product needed.
