Tyndale currently has an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will provide support to the Sales Team by traveling nationally to customer sites to perform product fittings for specialized safety wear, and serve as a product knowledge expert answering technical and all other questions about products during fittings.

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our location in Pipersville, Pennsylvania.
Accountabilities and Job Activities:
Conduct on-site and virtual educational sessions for customer employees, providing in-depth guidance on program specifications and facilitating accurate, efficient product ordering.
Partner with the Sales team to support lead and prospect conversion by delivering tailored educational services that highlight the value of Tyndale’s programs and products.
Develop and present customized client presentations, articulating product features, benefits, and fitment recommendations, with a focus on promoting high-quality, program-appropriate solutions.
Guide customer base towards strategic in-stock, best-in-class assortment to enhance customer experience.
Communicate the technical aspects and compliance requirements of protective apparel and PPE at customer events, ensuring informed purchasing decisions.
Identify and qualify cold and warm leads, effectively transitioning sales opportunities to Sales Administration for pipeline management.
Coordinate and manage schedules for on-site customer visits, ensuring alignment with client needs and company priorities.
Oversee travel arrangements for customer-facing events, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies and systems.
Represent Tyndale at tradeshows and other client events, supporting brand visibility and customer engagement.
Educate and support retail operations where necessary, avoiding service disruptions.
Conduct follow-up outreach with dissatisfied customers to resolve issues promptly and rebuild customer loyalty.
Gather and relay customer feedback on programs and products to internal teams to inform continuous improvement and product development initiatives.
Additional Accountabilities and Job Activities (to be performed when not traveling)
Conduct routine inventory of event tool kits, reorder supplies.
Maintain roster management for Accounts’ teams and assist with reporting needs.
Continuously review and process organization’s discontinued items, ensuring inventory sell-through and compliance with product obsolescence processes up to system removal.
Facilitation of internal product trainings and support onboarding efforts.
Update and maintain organizational and departmental training resources to ensure continuity and relevance.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred;
Ability to travel extensively (up to 90% during heavy business capacity times) both domestically and internationally via air and car
Current valid driver’s license is required;
Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs is required;
Strong computer skills - proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat a plus;
Ability to work independently;
Positive attitude;
Must be detail-oriented;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to quickly build effective relationships;
Ability to learn quickly and to understand/ explain information of a technical nature;
Action-orientation;
Bilingual a plus, but not required
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
The work environment of the position will vary greatly and will be primarily that of our customers’ sites where the on-site sales and service visits take place, and will generally include group meetings; Meetings may take place in meeting rooms, company cafeterias, customer’s garages, etc.
Various product items will need to be available at the on-site meetings, which may be either taken with the employee and/or may at times be shipped to the hotel/company destination. Clothing racks, boxes or suitcases of clothing items may be required to be lifted into and out of a vehicle and/or taken into the customer’s building, with or without assistance. This includes boxes/suitcases weighing in excess of 50 lbs. and carrying these items up one or more flights of stairs.
