Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / CSR to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support here at A1 American.

Responsibilities:

· Establish contacts and manage relationships with existing clients.

· Establish communications with leads and prospects.

· Manage vendor communications including generating lead times and tracking orders

· Develop strong knowledge of products available.

· Possesses comprehensive knowledge of company - inventory and pricing.

· Managing client profiles through CRM Sage300 and Filer.

· Generate quotes and coordinates with corporate staff for any orders requiring special vendor information, delivery instructions, or processing notes.

· Advises customer on substitution or modification of products when replacement is not available.

· Proactively works towards preventing errors and solving problems in all areas of responsibility.

· Communicates important feedback from customers internally.

· Manage large accounts that have multiple locations

· Creating and maintaining positive relationships with your point of contacts.

· Troubleshoot problems that may occur with client, delivery, wrong items, broken cases, etc.

· Input orders into company system

· Ensure payment information is accurate.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of experience in a sales admin position.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Great communication (virtually and in person).

· Strong attention to detail.

· Must be able to multitask and prioritize deliverables.

· Highly motivated and target driven.

· Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word

· Knowledge of ERP Systems is a plus
