HVAC Service Manager

Job Description

We're looking to hire a full time Service Manager with a background in dispatching and/or HVAC parts sales that can manage our service department.

Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling service technicians and communicating updates to clients

Updating/keeping track of all service calls in Service Fusion

Ordering parts/material and working with the field team to coordinate such

Drafting/editing service reports in coordination with accounting to create invoices

Periodic site visits as needed to check on field crews for larger jobs

Draft proposals

Strong writing skills for proposals and reports and strong knowledge of computer applications required, including MS Office, ProCore, Adobe Acrobat, scheduling software. Do not apply if you don’t have strong computer skills.

Basic knowledge of all HVAC/R systems and their operations/parts needed to be replaced, as per field teams.Company Description
