Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Innovation
Define and refine the long-term vision and brand strategy for the restaurant and catering business.
Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform innovation in menu design, service models, and experience.
Design and execute business growth strategies that expand revenue streams and elevate brand presence.
Leadership & Team Culture
Inspire and lead a high-performance team across front and back of house.
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Develop and mentor team members through structured coaching and career growth plans.
Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments.
Manage schedules, performance reviews, and staff engagement.
Operations
Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house coordination to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement SOPs for service, hygiene, and safety across all F&B functions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service issues proactively.
Manage manpower, scheduling, inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
Catering & Events Business
Develop and lead the catering strategy (corporate, private, off-site events), working closely with the kitchen and sales team.
Coordinate logistics for all off-site catering events, ensuring timeliness, setup, and service quality.
Manage catering client relationships from initial inquiry through execution and follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and grow the catering offering.
Oversee budgets, pricing, contracts, and profitability for all catering services.
Finance & Reporting
Track and manage budgets for both restaurant and catering operations.
Monitor key metrics such as cost of goods sold (COGS), labor cost, and gross margins.
Report on business performance to the General Manager and leadership team.
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
Proven experience managing or supporting a catering business or event operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Financial literacy in P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours.
