The City of O'Fallon is looking for a dedicated, hard-working Parks Maintenance Worker I to help keep our beautiful parks and recreational spaces in top shape for residents and visitors to enjoy year-round.

What You'll Do: As a vital part of our Parks Maintenance team, you'll help maintain and enhance O'Fallon's parks, athletic fields, playgrounds, pavilions, lakes, and green spaces.

Duties include: Grooming and prepping athletic fields for games and tournaments Mowing, trimming, seeding, and aerating turf areas Maintaining park restrooms, pavilions, and playgrounds for public safety and enjoyment Assisting with irrigation, minor construction projects, and playground inspections Operating equipment like mowers, backhoes, dump trucks, and skid steers Supporting special events, festivals, and snow removal operations Why Join Us?
