Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Service Desk Technician on AbeTech’s Professional Services team, you will be responsible for providing end-user and device support of mobile devices and label printers within our enterprise client’s manufacturing, distribution and warehouse environments. Our team thrives on collaboration, actively contributing to group projects and fostering a positive atmosphere. We embrace creativity and innovation, constantly seeking new ways to improve processes. Adaptability is key, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use remote support tools to provide exceptional support to clients.

Proactively manage support across multiple tickets within our incident management systems.

Provide support using multiple industry standard MDM (mobile device management) solutions.

Assist with technology planning through ongoing research & development.

Maintain AbeTech’s Service Level Agreements with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency, ensuring accuracy in troubleshooting and documentation.

Ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical users, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.

Capable of adjusting to various client needs and environments, providing tailored support for different situations.

Ability to adapt within changing environments.

Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Strong technical expertise combined with excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience in client engagement.

Ability to learn and stay current on AbeTech’s evolving service and product offerings.

Experience & Education:

Technical degree preferred.

1-2 years of equivalent technical experience preferred.
