Program Manager- Substance Abuse Program

SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical National Guard (NG) Substance Abuse Program (SAP), Suicide Prevention Program (SPP) And Risk Reduction Support Services for the SAP, SPP and Risk Reduction Support programs.

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager.

Description of Services. Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform support services for the SAP, SPP and Risk Reduction Support programs as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Perform to the standards specified in this Task Order (TO).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the performance of the work and contract compliance. The Program Manager, who is considered key personnel, shall approve all required products and deliverables, and respond to COR-HRS, COR-RA, and KO questions and requests.

• Review contract execution to identify problems and ensure that the Government is provided timely notification of funding or execution related issues.

• 3-9 years of experience in managing programs, and 10 years of experience with the military.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee site staff to ensure the consistent delivery of meeting PWS requirements.

• Provide guidance and support to staff in maintaining high standards of service delivery and adherence to program guidelines.

• Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to conduct effective management briefings and training sessions.

• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage crisis situations.

• Program Management: Expertise in managing and overseeing large-scale case management and support services.

• Emergency Preparedness: Knowledge and experience in coordinating disaster preparation and response activities.

• Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience:

Master's in Business Administration, Social Work, or similar degree and 10 years of experience in managing programs or shall have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Social Work or similar degree from an accredited school.
