Paralegal (Spanish-Bilingual preferred, but not necessary)

Job Description

We are seeking a Spanish-Bilingual (Preferred, but not necessary) Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients, set appointments, share telephone responsibility.

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery and correspondence.

File complaints and motions.

Answer interrogatories.

Prepare settlement packages/proposals; and

Record and store client information.

Qualifications:

Candidate preferred bilingual (English/Spanish), but not necessary

Previous experience of at least three years as a paralegal.

Familiarity with legal software as well as Microsoft office and the ability to work under time constraints.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deadline and detail oriented.

Superior organizational skills and neatness; and

Must be able to work efficiently, accurately and independently, but also be a team player capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking on a regular basis.

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000, based upon experience and qualifications.

Benefits: Sick time off, PTO, and 401K. After one year of employment, employees are added to a 401k plan and become eligible for 5.5% of salary + profit sharing contributions by the employer for future years of employment.

Starting date: July 1, 2025.
