Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Field Management team in project organization and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of all project logs and folders.
Assist in procuring and managing all submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material orders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
Conduct thorough reviews of plans, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with field supervisors to provide them with necessary documentation, such as daily reports and approved submittals, to facilitate smooth project operations.
Attend project progress meetings and contribute to effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Proven experience within the plumbing and/or mechanical sector is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking purposes.Some of the Benefits Include:
