Licensed Master Electrician

Job Description

A Real Estate Maintenance Company, seeking an experienced Licensed master Electrician to run the Electrical Division.

Responsibilities/Duties including but not limited to:

Designing and executing plans for electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures in accordance with job specifications and codes.

Directing and overseeing the work of a team of eight (8) junior electricians.

Inspecting electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards and insure compliance with codes

Performing administrative task such as maintaining records and handling project budgets.

Job Requirements:

10 years' experience as a Licensed Master Electrician

Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, excel).

Experience working with Local 32BJ union

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow through

Strong Verbal and Communication skills

License:

Master Electrician's License

Valid driver’s license and car
