As a Childcare Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers and providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

Supervise and engage with children during playtime and other activities

Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Assist with diaper changes, bathroom breaks, and meal/snack times

Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers

Qualifications:

Prior experience working with young children preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to pass a background check

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for early childhood education and childcare
