Fulfillment QA Analyst I

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance software quality.

What you will do

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.

Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing.

Document test results and report bugs in ADO.

Continuously improving knowledge in application/functionalities and reducing the manual testing efforts by identifying scenarios to automate.

Work with team members to identify potential suggested solutions for applications and reporting issues

Respond effectively to the team queries and actively participate in discussions to help the department run more efficiently

Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Must be able to work overtime as required

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), real estate/mortgage banking courses are helpful.

Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience

Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with bug tracking systems.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Willingness and aptitude to learn

Ability to work independently and with frequent changes
