**Facilities Management (FM) Specialist**
**Qatar**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Facilities Management Specialist** to join our team! In this role you will have to ensures buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while managing FM contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate asset records in the Yardi system.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Maintenance & Operations:**
+ Ensure that service providers perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, MEP, fire safety, and soft services.
+ Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition and service providers perform the scope of work within SLA and standards.
+ Oversee and monitor the performance of the service providers responsible for facilities maintenance, for hard and soft services.
+ Review contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with providers to ensure clarity on expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics.
+ Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of service providers to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
+ Track service provider performance against established SLAs and KPIs.
+ Ensure service providers comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
+ Monitor adherence to workplace safety protocols and review service provider emergency preparedness and response plans.
**CAFM (YARDI) System Utilization:**
+ Manage the update of the CAFM system to ensure accurate records of facilities, assets, and maintenance schedules.
+ Use the CAFM system to track service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks assigned to service providers.
+ Monitor the CAFM dashboard for real-time status updates on facility operations.
+ Generate reports from the CAFM system to analyze trends in service delivery, identify inefficiencies, and assess service provider compliance with SLAs.
+ Schedule preventive maintenance tasks based on equipment and facility needs.
**Other Duties:**
+ Develop and maintain performance reports detailing service provider levels of compliance and facility condition status.
+ Provide regular updates to senior management regarding service provider performance, contract spend status, and potential areas for service optimization.
+ Work with service providers to mitigate any potential risks to occupants or assets.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
+ 12+ years of experience in managing large multi-class real estate portfolios, preferably with presence/exposure to GCC.
+ Experience working on projects for high-reputation clients or industries, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Advanced in CAFM System (YARDI) Utilization: Extensive experience with advanced YARDI systems for asset management, work order tracking, and performance analytics, leading to optimized facility performance and resource allocation.
+ Conversant with using computer-aided design (CAD), Revit, and other 3D modeling tools used in the industry.
+ Conversant with local statutory requirements and building regulations.
+ Must have property management experience.
+ Must be fluent in English and Arabic languages.
+ MME registered.

+ Strong ability to present reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
+ Team Leadership: Leading service provider facility management teams to achieve high levels of performance and service delivery.
+ Site Management contract experience.
+ Experience in the commercial sector.
+ Experience working in a landlord environment is preferred.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
