We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Manager to lead our data science, clinical research, and biomedical analytics initiatives. This role requires expertise in statistical programming, machine learning, clinical trial operations, and complex systems modeling to drive high throughput. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative data strategies for biomedical and healthcare applications. Management skills are essential as it is expected that the Analytics Manager will supervise and mentor multiple members of the DCVI. The ideal candidate will bring strong management and leadership capabilities, as this role involves overseeing a cross-functional team. Proven experience in building, mentoring, and guiding teams is essential. A demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative data strategies in biomedical and healthcare applications is also critical for success in this position.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Preferred Ph.D. (ABD) or MSc in Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Minimal requirement is Bachelors degree in science.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in statistical programming, machine learning and clinical research.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-specialists.
Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative solutions in data workflows and research protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in angiography, intravascular imaging, cardiac computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, echocardiography and other cardiovascular diagnostics.
Prior experience in industry, academia, or clinical research settings.
Strong publication record and conference presentations in relevant fields.

Posted Salary Range
USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
