BPC Administrator

As part of the Corporate Accounting team at Waters Corporation we are seeking a BPC Administrator to manage and support our SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) system. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and functionality of BPC to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and IT teams to maintain system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SAP BPC for our upcoming annual operating planning

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, processes within BPC.

Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline data integration and reporting.

Monitor system updates and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with SAP support for resolution.

Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.

Train and support end-users on BPC functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelorâ s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in SAP BPC administration or financial systems management.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation principles.

Proficiency in SAP BPC configuration, script logic, and data manager packages.

Experience with SAP BW, HANA, and ERP integration.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Pivot Tables.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
