Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects via phone, text, and email
Conduct follow-ups and marketing outreach through text campaigns
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism
Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and payments
Process client updates and transactions accurately
Manage daily office tasks and help maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and highly trainable
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with technology and client management tools
Willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 12 months (support provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
