JOB SUMMARY: The duties of this position include coordinating customer service activities in accordance with customer delegated requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates knowledge of Quality Management system in AS9100
Minimum 5 years quality related experience or associates degree in related field
Must be willing to travel to customer location for certification training
Competent in data analysis and root cause analysis
Performs visual & dimensional inspections, as required to Customer requirements
Follows excellent documentation practices to comply with Customer and AS9100 standards
Assures that all job router, certifications, test data, FAI's are accurately verified prior to release of delegated product
Competent in data analysis and root cause analysis
Demonstrates strong written, verbal and computer skills (Microsoft office products)
Strong professional presentation with Customers
Ability to problem solve practical problems
HOURS:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm or as defined
