Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Field Operation Manager:

Perform physical labor on pool construction projects, including excavation, forming, pool bottom installation, plumbing, and equipment setup

Work alongside in-house technicians to build pools from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship

Operate and maintain construction tools, excavation equipment, and plumbing tools

Ensure all construction follows safety standards and best practices

Collaborate with the leadership team and experienced staff to coordinate schedules and resources for construction projects

Perform and oversee complex service jobs, including new pool cover and liner installations

Diagnose and troubleshoot pool plumbing, electrical, filtration, and automation systems

Train and supervise service technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance

Provide project progress, team performance, and operational improvements

Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

Assist in hiring, training, and developing new technicians to support company growth

Work closely with the AGM to align field operations with overall business strategy

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction, trades, or mechanical services

Strong hands-on skills in construction, installation, or service work

Ability to lead a team, train employees, and delegate tasks effectively

Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work plans

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues

Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean record
