Pay

$20.00/hr Starting; $20.50/hr After Completion of Level 1 (Around 90 Days)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Exercise and promote safety

Understand and use small tools

Assist with end of the month inventory

Read and understand information on the manifest

Know where to find the S.O. number, lot number and serial number

Know where to find weight, length and piece count

Fill out the pre-manifest and the manifest after the task is complete

Inspect rigging (i.e. straps, spreader bar, booms)

Discern what rigging is required for size, weight and shape of load

Understand the locations of materials

Understand how to properly protect material

Understand and utilize the Box Location computer program to identify and locate finished goods after scanning

Load trucks and implement training for loading

Mark each stop correctly

Fill out truck verification

Recognize truck safety and always chock wheels

Know the weekly schedule

Complete inventory scans independently

Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: None

Certifications Required: Obtained during new hire orientation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively listen and communicate ideas and thoughts to others; able to assimilate ideas originated by others

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals

Reasoning Skills: Ability to carry out and communicate written and/or oral instructions

Physical Abilities: Regularly required to stand, walk and use hands; must be able to lift 50 pounds at any time during his/her shift; the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Working Conditions

Safety
