Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading construction firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent with strong ground-up experience to oversee projects from groundbreaking to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.

Ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Maintain strict safety and quality control standards.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.

Proven track record in managing ground-up commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling software.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
