Job Duties
To dispense money to the Residents from their patient fund account; receipt and copy resident fund checks; post & reconcile the resident cash with withdrawals and replenish patient fund after reconciling; maintain the Resident Fund Account checkbook. Receipt and copy A/R checks for depositing. Process Accounts Payable vouchers and expens-es. Perform scanning for the Finance Department. Knowledge of Commonwealth Accounting policies and procedures especially those related to travel voucher and accounts payable processing. Basic understanding of fed-eral and state payroll laws and regulations. Basic understanding of PVCC overtime rules and shift differentials.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
