Job Summary: LioChem is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Inks and Coating Operator to join our team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with specialized production equipment. Responsibilities include handling hazardous chemicals, managing raw and finished materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role also involves supporting team coverage during breaks, lunches, and vacations. We're looking for individuals committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operating assigned equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow standard operating procedures and complete required documentation and paperwork

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.

• Handle materials throughout the production process, including retrieving raw materials, moving in-process items, and storing finished products

• Provide coverage during team members' breaks, lunches, and vacation times.

• Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support team operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience or comfort working safely with hazardous chemicals

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic

• Ability to keep accurate and organized records

• Strong mechanical and basic electrical aptitude

• Physical ability to lift and move materials such as 55 lb (25kgs) packages and move full

55- gallon drums

Education/Experience:

Prior experience handling hazardous chemicals preferred
