Responsibilities and Duties
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast, greeting each guest at breakfast, and ensuring that the guests are 100% satisfied.
Set-up and maintain breakfast items, keeping an attractive, abundant presentation that is organized, clean, and meets brand standards.
Be sure the quality and appearance of the food you serve meets the hotel's standards.
Keep your station clean and set up with the required supplies at all times.
Work with the other personnel to see that the side work and other job-related duties are completed.
Complete an inventory of all food items twice per week to facilitate ease of ordering.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Any combination of education, training, and/or experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform. Grade school education is preferred.
Food safety certification as required by state and local regulations and brand standards.
Previous hotel-related experience desired.
