Skills & Abilities:

Strong proficiency in cold calling and email outreach techniques.

Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated yet customer focused internally and externally.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively research and qualify prospective customer.

Understands deadlines and applies the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks while remaining results-oriented and exhibiting a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Communicates effectively in writing and speaking.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

High School diploma or equivalent certification.

1-3 years’ of lead generating or related experience.

Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales automation tools.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (i.e., Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.

Requires ability to hear and speak.

Requires ability to read, write and type.

Requires ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.

Requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends to meet deadlines on occasions.

Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Requires manual dexterity to use common office equipment (i.e. computer, copiers, scanners, keyboards, mouse).

Requires ability to occasionally climb stairs, ladders and/or stepstools of various heights.
