Description
Servers will greet guests, take their orders, and serve them in a timely manner. Servers should be focused on providing excellent customer service to all guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve them in a timely manner.
Be knowledgeable of the menu, kitchen operations, lodge operations, liquor compliance laws, Board of Health regulations, etc.
Utilize cash registers and credit card machines accurately.
Maintain a clean environment for staff and guests, following correct sanitation procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Work Card, TAM card and NV Food Handlers Card are required
