PCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) seeks a dental hygienist to work 40 hours / week (5, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday). The dental hygienist will work alongside general dentists as well as specialists to provide comprehensive dental services to patients in need. The ideal candidate has a passion for practicing in a community health center setting and will uphold PCHC’s core values. Travel and work at alternate dental clinic sites may be required.

Education/Experience/License/Certification:

Graduate of approved Dental Hygienist Program

Licensed to practice in Colorado

Current B.L.S. with skills demonstration C.P.R. certification for Healthcare Providers required

One year dental hygienist experience or equivalent desired

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by law

Occasional travel is required including day-to-day local travel
