Material Handler

Material Handler - 1st shift - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Our client, a leader in the paper converting industry is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Shipping/Receiving department supporting Operations. The ideal candidate will have RF Scanner experience, Forklift Experience and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18-$20 an hour

What’s the Job?

Operate the industrial forklift to move materials in the warehouse and/or to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers

Load and unload materials off or onto pallets, platforms, skids, racking or trailers

Move controls, devices and levers to drive forklifts/roll clamps in order to transfer material to and from the dock to production areas or proper storage location in warehouse

General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas

Must be able to do light maintenance on forklifts, clamp trucks, etc

What’s Needed?

Forklift Experience (Roll Clamp Experience Preferred/Not necessary)

Ability to work independently

Ability to multi task

Ability to work a 12 hour shift
