根据配料单用扫码枪识别原料并根据系统提示称取对应原料 并转至原料缓存线上 及时发送配料区物料结余数量及物料需求信息至备料岗位

投料工序 确认BIN与投料站已绑定 用扫码枪核对原料 将核对无误的原料开袋将原料倒入投料站

负责废弃原料包装袋的清理工作

负责配料区域设备及环境的清洁和消毒工作 并填写相关记录

负责原料输送及计重系统的维护保养工作

熟练操作本岗位相关设备 包括 输送线 计重系统 投料系统和条码打印等 并能保证设备正常运行

熟练掌握本岗位Barcode 系统的操作 包括 数据修正 异常数据移除 报警处理和仓位物料盘点和原料退库等

熟练掌握车间辅助设备的操作 包括 纯水机 空压机 中央空调系统等
