Develop and implement welding processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis of welding defects and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine welding fixtures and tooling.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on welding techniques and best practices.
Monitor and analyze welding performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all welding operations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding process engineering or a similar role.
CWI or CWE certification preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and equipment.
Proficient in welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
