Marketing Specialist with Top THCA Wholesale Distributor BakeBoxx

About the Role:

BakeBoxx Wholesale is seeking a proactive and creative Online Marketer to grow our digital presence in the cannabis and hemp wholesale space. You’ll lead and execute marketing strategies that drive real traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate B2B leads—from retailers to processors to distributors.

We’re not looking for generic marketers. We're looking for someone who can rank our Bulk THCA Flower page on Google and design compelling visual assets for pages like our Bulk THCA Carts product listings.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to rank high-intent pages (e.g., "bulk THCA flower," "THCA carts wholesale")

Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, etc.)

Collaborate with our team to design product page images, infographics, and blog visuals

Write and optimize content for blogs, category pages, and product descriptions

Build and manage email marketing campaigns to our B2B database

Conduct outreach for backlinks, guest posts, and directory listings

Monitor analytics and improve performance through A/B testing and optimization

Stay on top of cannabis industry trends, SEO shifts, and content opportunities

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or e-commerce marketing

Strong understanding of SEO strategy, from keyword research to link building

Graphic design skills or ability to work with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite

Experience with email marketing platforms and basic analytics

Familiarity with the cannabis or hemp industry is a strong plus

Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
